Important Update Notes

  • This update is for the Copilot Software V2.0.0 and higher only. For Copilot systems with other software versions, please contact our service department at MWACobotService@millerwelds.com

  • Reference the video on how to update the Copilot Software from the training support page, here.

  • Any Copilot update prior to V3.0.0 requires that the Auto-Continuum be running software version 230320g or certain features may be unavailable in the Copilot Software. You can download that software by clicking, here.

  • After loading the update, please reboot the system.

  • Weld Program dropdown only shows 7 weld programs (missing #8)
  • Line tracking jumps to top when editing a weld joint
  • Robot does not pause when no arc is found
  • Crater is not responding and remains at 0.1%
  • Linear air moves over 180 degrees spin in the wrong direction
  • Some consistency issues when editing weld parameters
